Since early 2022, we have been building a companion for an Infinite Garden travel. Our decision-making process revolves around creating experiences that help people navigate and interact with the often messy and unreadable jungle of information scattered throughout Ethereum, all through a simple and intuitive mobile application.

We are a small VC-backed team building the project through its early stages. We are searching for versatile talent with a strong sense of ownership to take full control of their respective area. In return, we offer autonomy and flexibility in operations, with no bureaucratic overhead. Our team operates with a flat structure, providing opportunities to impact and steer the development.

What you will be doing

• Identify and implement new growth opportunities and experiments to drive user acquisition
• Plan and execute community engagement initiatives, including social media activities, online events and partnerships
• Be a key stakeholder in the product development process, identifying core use cases that address the needs of our audiences
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and user needs
• Provide actionable user feedback to the product and engineering teams to inform product development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or community building
• Strong familiarity with web3 communities and culture
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a willingness to experiment and try new approaches to engage users
